What is Findjoo?
Findjoo is a site that allows companies to manage their appointments, reservations and memberships. When you are added has a client of a company that is registered with us you will receive an email with your account credentials. You can use the same account when registered with another company.
What can I do with my Findjoo account?
You can make appointments and reservations to companies that a registered with us. You can view your past bookings, purchase history, current balance or membership expiration (when applicable) for each company as well. For companies sending reminders you can specify if you prefer to be contacted by email or SMS. You can also renew memberships and make purchases from your account.
Is my information shared?
No. All your information is protected and kept on our servers. We do not distribute or share your information with anyone. You can read our terms and conditions for more information.

What does Findjoo cost?
Findjoo provides you with all the tools to take appointments and reservations for free. You have unlimited access to schedules, staff members, locations, reviews, notifications, requests and bookings. We do offer additional paying features. Please look at the advance feature question for more information.
I do not remember my password, how do I get a new one?
On the log in screen there is a link for forgotten password. Or you can click on this link.
How do I set how companies can reach me?
Once logged in there is the "Your profile" menu in the page header where you can set this information.
Where can I see my membership status?
You can use your calendar as a personal software by simply hiding your company from search results. This is the visible field in the company settings page.

How do I make a booking on the calendar?
You can choose the Request booking mode from your company settings. Using the Request booking mode allows you to review and confirm before the booking is added to your calendar.
How does the request process work?
After you submit a request, it will be reviewed and answered. If your request is accepted as requested it is automatically confirmed. If the company makes a change to your request you will need to accept the change in your agenda page. The agenda page is available from the floating left menu when logged in to your Findjoo account.
Why do I see a page requesting a payment while the service should be deducted from my account?
After confirming a booking I see a page requesting a payment while the service should be deducted from my account? You can verify your account status from the "Client Accounts" page. If you believe there is an error then we recommend contacting the company for more information on your account.
